Catalog ProSuite is operated by Stormforth LLC (“Stormforth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Catalog ProSuite refers to the app, service, website, product, and related features made available by Stormforth LLC.
Catalog ProSuite provides AI-powered ecommerce image processing, catalog management, exports, and related cloud services.
Users agree not to misuse the platform or use the Services in ways that could harm Catalog ProSuite, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform. This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into the Catalog ProSuite Terms of Service by reference.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Catalog ProSuite to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- infringe intellectual property rights
- upload or process content without proper authorization
- distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- interfere with platform stability or security
- abuse APIs, exports, or processing systems
- bypass rate limits, quotas, or usage restrictions
- engage in fraud, deceptive activity, or payment abuse
- resell, sublicense, or exploit the platform without authorization
- use automated systems to overload the platform
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary models or systems
- exploit free trials, founder benefits, refunds, or promotions
- create multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions
- upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content
- use the platform to generate or distribute deceptive or misleading media
- process content that violates privacy, publicity, or data protection rights
AI and Generated Content
Users are responsible for:
- content uploaded to the platform
- generated outputs
- ensuring they possess necessary rights and permissions
Catalog ProSuite does not guarantee:
- uniqueness of generated content
- fitness for a particular purpose
- uninterrupted or error-free AI outputs
Resource Usage
Stormforth LLC may impose resource controls for Catalog ProSuite, including:
- usage limits
- storage limits
- processing limits
- export limits
- concurrency restrictions
- abuse prevention measures
Excessive or abusive resource consumption may result in:
- throttling
- suspension
- termination
- refund denial
- founder benefit revocation
Account Enforcement
Stormforth LLC reserves the right to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy for Catalog ProSuite. Violations may result in enforcement by Stormforth LLC, including suspension or termination of Catalog ProSuite access.
Stormforth LLC reserves the right to:
- suspend or terminate accounts
- revoke credits or founder benefits
- limit platform access
- remove content
- deny refunds
- investigate suspected abuse or fraud
Actions may occur with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Reporting Abuse
Users may report suspected abuse or policy violations to support@catalogprosuite.com or another designated support contact.
